Mike Hrabik


Mike Hrabik

CTO and Regional CEO, US

As Chief Technology Officer of NTT Security, Mike Hrabik oversees technology methodologies globally. He is also the NTT Security US Regional Chief Executive Officer. Mike was a co-founder of Solutionary where he held the position of President and Chief Technology Officer. He was the principal architect for the patented ActiveGuard® platform and Security Operations Centers (SOCs).

He has more than 25 years of high-level experience in technology services organizations, where diversity and complexity require the integration of people, process, and technology. Prior to NTT Security, Hrabik was a partner at ITI Marketing Services, Inc., where he served as director of systems and operations.

After his tenure at ITI, he served as Vice President of Technology for NetCount Price Waterhouse, LLC, a Los Angeles-based third-party Web measurement and analysis company. Following NetCount’s sale, Hrabik spent two years consulting with multiple companies in the Internet and wireless fields.

Hrabik is a member at large of the Omaha Chapter of the FBI's InfraGard program, regularly speaks at influential industry events and is frequently quoted in the media as a security expert. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

John Petrie

John Petrie

Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Security Strategist

John Petrie is a 26 year seasoned technologist and information security professional. As the chief information security officer of NTT Security, Petrie is responsible for information security strategy and security program management. He brings solid executive management experience from the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Defense, Technology Consulting, Telecommunications, Education and Academic Healthcare industries.

Prior to NTT Security, Petrie was an executive consultant for IBM, Inc., the senior vice president and chief information security strategist for Harland Clarke Holdings Corp, and held the CISO position for the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. 

Petrie received an MBA in Information Systems from City University; a BS in Liberal Arts from the University of New York, and is a graduate of the Defense Intelligence College in Washington D.C. He holds multiple industry certifications including CISSP, CISM, CHS-III, CRISC and CBM. Petrie also maintains his ties to the intelligence community through participation as a charter member of the Marine Corps Intelligence Association.

Sara Koca

Sarah Koca

Vice President, Finance and Accounting

Sarah Koca brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Vice President, Finance and Accounting for NTT Security. In this position, she leads the financial and accounting operations.

Koca received a BSBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Creighton University, and began her career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Deloitte. Prior to working at NTT Security, she held finance and accounting positions at First Data and Transgenomic.

Corey Meyer

Corey Meyer

Vice President, Business Development Americas

Corey Meyer brings over 25 years of experience in the design and validation of internal controls and business processes to NTT Security, as well as a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance standards.  Corey also has extensive experience in the management and delivery of business development.

Meyer graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Arthur Andersen & Co.  Prior to working at NTT Security, he was the Co-CEO and CFO of Bozell & Jacobs, Managing Partner with the Gallup Organization, President of DTN Market Access and COO of Johnson Products Co.

Steven Bullitt

Steven Bullitt

Global Vice President, Threat Intelligence & Incident Response

Steven Bullitt brings a unique government perspective to the executive management and threat intelligence incident response teams. Serving as the as Vice President of Cyber Forensics and Investigations, Steven is responsible for leading client facing threat responses.

Bullitt began his career as a special agent with the United States Secret Service in July 1995 and was selected as the supervisor of the Dallas Field Office North Texas Electronic Crimes Task Force in January of 2010. In his most recent government role, Bullitt oversaw all United States Secret Service cyber and criminal investigations throughout northern Texas. Bullitt will report to NTT Security CTO and Regional CEO Mike Hrabik and will be responsible for leading client-facing threat responses, forensic initiatives and driving expert public commentary on the state of cybercriminal affairs.

Bullitt earned his master’s degree in forensic science computer fraud investigation from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Rob Kraus

Rob Kraus

Director, Security Research and Strategy

Rob is the Director of Security Research and Strategy for the NTT Security Global Threat Intelligence Center (GTIC). He is responsible for providing the leadership and oversight to ensuring operational tasks and development related to the GTIC are being achieved. In this position, Rob also oversees the Threat Intelligence Communications Team which is responsible for the analysis and production of customer and public facing information and reports related to emerging threats and research.

Kraus is the author of Seven Deadliest Windows Attacks and co-author for the Seven Deadliest Network Attacks books, part of Syngress Publishing’s Seven Deadliest Attack series. 

Product Management, Sales and Marketing

Gary Napotnik

Gary Napotnik

Senior Vice President, Global Marketing

Gary Napotnik brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the software and services industry to his role as Senior VP of Global Marketing for NTT Security. In this position, Gary oversees Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Channel Marketing. He has a successful background in fostering development for technology companies, and has been instrumental in assisting organizations with the achievement of their growth goals through branding, market strategy and positioning.

Napotnik has held executive sales and marketing positions at IBM’s Catapult Software Training Centers, Microage, Cerebellum Software, Systems Modeling Corporation, Rockwell Automation and HDJ Associates, Inc.

Mark Weiss

Mark Weiss

Chief Information Officer

Mark Weiss brings over 35 years of experience in the information technology field to his role as Chief Information Officer for NTT Security. In this position, Mark leads the Architecture, Research and Development, Data Services, Production Services, Cloud Services, Quality Assurance, UX and Design and Project Management teams.  

Weiss has held senior leadership roles with organizations engaged in the business of healthcare, gas and water utilities, telecom, financial services and software development. Additionally, Mark currently serves on the board of directors for Farm Credit Services of America.

Chris Rehberg

Senior Vice President Business Process Automation

Chris Rehberg is a co-founder and Senior Vice President in charge of Business Process Automation. He relies on his 25 years of diverse, yet operationally-centric, experience to develop flexible yet consistent workflows critical for ensuring the scalability and the service quality required of the core business functions.  Within NTT Security, Rehberg has played a leadership role in a number of areas including Sales, Operations, Consulting and Legal making him an ideal candidate for leading the implementation of IT Services Management (ITSM).

Prior to NTT Security, Rehberg was responsible for 25,000 employees in a highly-distributed, $200 million services operation spanning 96 centers in 14 states.

Arlin Halstead

Arlin Halstead

Strategic HR Business Partner, US

Arlin Halstead, Strategic HR Business Partner, US, leads the NTT Security US Human Resources team. In this role, Arlin partners with the business leaders to develop and implement effective Human Resources solutions required to deliver overall organizational goals.  Arlin is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational and Employee Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and Workplace Safety and Health. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Halstead brings a wealth of knowledge in compliance to federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations, as well as applying strategic employment policies and procedures into effective Human Capital management. 

Prior to NTT Security, he was a Principal Consultant for HCA Group, a Human Capital Advisory consultancy, and Vice President of Human Resources for Financial Brokerage, Inc. and Producers America, Inc. Halstead holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) certifications and received his bachelors in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Sheila Diamond

Vice President, Administration

Sheila Diamond is a co-founder and VP of Administration for NTT  Security. She has been instrumental in providing support for the executive management team since 2000. She is certified as a software compliance manager and is responsible for managing administrative activities, including cost-related projects, planning and coordinating internal company meetings, software compliance and internal communications.  Sheila is also Chair of our Safety Committee and coordinates Interoperability and other Executive meetings.

Prior to working at NTT Security, Diamond had an extensive career in administrative management where she was the Director of Administration for Monster Productions from 1995-2000. She was also the Director of Administration for ITI Marketing, managing an administrative team across 26 offices in seven States from 1986-1995.
