Steve Idelman
Chairman of the Board and CEO
Steve Idelman is co-founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Solutionary, and has served in that capacity since 2000. Under his leadership, Solutionary has been positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for MSSPs, North America. The company is known for its high service quality and best-of-breed, patented technology platform, ActiveGuard®.
With more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and CEO, Idelman brings practiced leadership skills and business management expertise to his role. Prior to co-founding Solutionary, he was an investor, board member and consultant with a number of Internet and technology companies. He also co-founded ITI Marketing Services, which provided managed marketing and information services to Fortune 500 clientele in data-intensive industries and grew to $150 million in annual revenue.

Mike Hrabik
President and Chief Technology Officer
Mike Hrabik, a founding partner, President and Chief Technology Officer of Solutionary, is the principal architect for Solutionary’s patented ActiveGuard® software and Security Operations Centers (SOCs). He is charged with establishing strategy and direction for the company’s IT functions, and is the corporate advocate for information security and business continuance best practices. Hrabik is also responsible for outlining the company’s technology vision including technological planning, strategic initiatives, development and future growth.
He has more than 25 years of high-level experience in technology services organizations, where diversity and complexity require the integration of people, process, and technology. Prior to joining Solutionary, Hrabik was a partner at ITI Marketing Services, Inc., where he served as director of systems and operations.
After his tenure at ITI, he served as the Vice President of technology for NetCount Price Waterhouse, LLC, a Los Angeles-based third-party web-measurement and analysis company. Following NetCount’s sale, Hrabik spent two years consulting with multiple companies in the Internet and wireless fields.
Hrabik is a member at large of the Omaha Chapter of the FBI's InfraGard program, regularly speaks at influential industry events and is frequently quoted in the media as a security expert. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Matt McKain
Chief Financial Officer
Matt McKain, the founding CFO of Solutionary, returned to the firm as CFO in August 2011. His responsibilities include financial and accounting operations as well as investor relations. In his role, McKain draws on over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and partnership initiatives as well as mergers and acquisitions.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen Co. in 1981 and later spent nearly 10 years at ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW) and its predecessors as Director of Finance and Director of Business Development. Matt also served as VP of Corporate Development, executing multiple successful M&A transactions valued at over $100 million, and as CFO of the Insession Technologies business unit. In addition to his tenure at ACI, Matt has extensive experience as a CFO in the software and technology-related services sector from his work at ITI Marketing Services, Inc.; NetCount Price Waterhouse, LLC; TTI Technologies, Inc. and Direct Tech, Inc. He was also a successful consultant, providing CFO services to a variety of clients from 2004 to 2008.
McKain received a BSBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his CPA certificate in 1981.

Sheri Idelman
Vice Chair and Chief Operating Officer
Sheri Idelman has served as Solutionary’s Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer since 2000 when she co-founded the company. Idelman oversees all SOC Operations, service delivery and quality assurance. With more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and COO, she brings practiced leadership skills and business management expertise to her role.
Prior to co-founding Solutionary, Idelman was an investor, board member, and consultant with a number of Internet and technology companies. She also co-founded ITI Marketing Services, which provided managed marketing and information services to Fortune 500 clientele in data-intensive industries and grew to $150 million in annual revenue.

Don Gray
Chief Security Strategist
A veteran of technology applications development since 1991, Don Gray brings "in-the-trenches" information security experience to his role as Solutionary's Chief Security Strategist. In his role, Gray leads the Security Engineering Research Team (SERT) and is directly involved with researching new threats and overall information security trends. He is co-chair of the Cloud Security Alliance’s Top Threat Working Group, leading the development of the CSA’s Top Threats Report. Gray is regularly quoted in the media as an information security expert and is a frequent speaker at industry events including Gartner Security Summit, Forrester Security Forum, CSO Breakfast Club series and key channel partner events.
Gray joined Solutionary through its acquisition of VigilantMinds, where he was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, he was a technologist for companies like marchFIRST, Idea Integration and Mellon Bank. Gray received a B.S. in Computer Based Systems Management from California University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Rehberg
Executive Vice President, Operations
Solutionary’s co-founder and Executive Vice President in charge of Operations, Chris Rehberg, relies on his 20+ years of experience in providing data intensive, secure, managed services for his role managing Solutionary’s 24/7 security operations centers (SOCs), information security engineering team and security consulting services groups. Under Rehberg’ management, Solutionary’s Operations departments deliver seamless and scalable service at an excellent quality level as acknowledged by clients and a variety of third- party awards.
Prior to joining Solutionary, he was responsible for 25,000 employees in a highly-distributed $200 million services operation spanning 90 centers in 14 states.

Don Collier
Senior Vice President, Field Sales Operations
Don Collier has served as Solutionary’s Senior Vice President of Field Sales since 2007. Collier joined the Solutionary sales team in 2003, when he was hired to develop the Midwest/East and Southeast regions. During his time at Solutionary, he has helped develop and hire individuals to run the sales engineering group, inside sales and the company’s channel endeavor. With more then 15 years of experience in selling, consulting, management and finance, Don brings a wealth of knowledge to the MSSP space. Prior to joining Solutionary, Collier worked with such companies as VeriSign (Exault), ISS (Netrex) and Arthur Andersen. He has been involved in helping drive revenue in high intensity, extremely pressure-packed environments and was a major contributor in the sale of Exault to VeriSign in just 18 months. His unique blend of skill sets allows for maximum success as a sales leader.
Don received his B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University.

Gary Napotnik
Vice President, Marketing
Gary Napotnik brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the software and services industry to his role as VP of Marketing for Solutionary. In this position, Gary oversees product marketing, field marketing and channel marketing. He also serves as Solutionary’s General Manager for the Pittsburgh location and leads the CRM team as part of sales operations. Gary has a successful background in fostering development for technology companies, and has been instrumental in assisting organizations with the achievement of their growth goals through branding, market strategy, and positioning.
Napotnik has held executive sales and marketing positions at IBM’s Catapult Software Training Centers, Microage, Cerebellum Software, Systems Modeling Corporation, Rockwell Automation and HDJ Associates, Inc.
