Be an Information Security Rockstar

I think at one time or another, we have all dreamed of being a rock star. I know I sure have over the years. Did you know that for a price, you can attend a rock and roll fantasy camp and hang out with real rock stars? (www.rockcamp.com) I am personally saving my money, so that if Alex Lifeson of Rush decides to attend one of these camps, I will be the first in line! Apparently you can actually jam with the stars as well. Very cool!

You can be an Information Security Rockstar

I bring all this up because Solutionary is a platinum sponsor for the Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit in D.C. on June 11-14. This is going to be a great event where you can attend multiple in-depth security sessions on topics ranging from Cloud Security and Advanced Persistent Threats to Mobile Security and Risk Management.

Be an Information Security RockstarThe really cool part of this event is that Solutionary is sponsoring a hospitality suite with live entertainment from Alan Gerber (a true Rockstar indeed). We will also be giving away mulitple iPad3s. Just wait, even that is not the best part as the grand prize of the event is a Gibson Les Paul guitar! If you win, please post a picture of yourself with the guitar. This is truly near and dear to my heart as many of you know.

Rockstar Advantages

Of course the advantage to being a real Information Security Rockstar is when you receive a validated alert from Solutionary that prevents a security incident from ever becoming front page news. We are leveraging our Security Engineering Research Team (SERT), our ActiveGuard® Service Platform, and our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to provide around the clock security threat detection.

Until Next Time

Thank you very much for reading my friends. Until next time, and as always, ride safe, crank up the tunes, and stay secure!
