Chairman of the Board and CEO
Steve Idelman is co-founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Solutionary, and has served in that capacity since 2000. Under his leadership, Solutionary has been acknowledged as a leader by industry experts and analysts. The company is known for its high service quality and best-of-breed, patented technology platform, ActiveGuard®.
With more than 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and CEO, Idelman brings practiced leadership skills and business management expertise to his role. Prior to co-founding Solutionary, he was an investor, board member and consultant with a number of Internet and technology companies. He also co-founded ITI Marketing Services, which provided managed marketing and information services to Fortune 500 clientele in data-intensive industries and grew to $150 million in annual revenue.
President and Chief Technology Officer
Mike Hrabik is co-founder, President and Chief Technology Officer of Solutionary and is the principal architect for Solutionary’s patented ActiveGuard® platform and Security Operations Centers (SOCs). He is charged with establishing strategy and direction for the company’s IT functions, and is the corporate advocate for information security and business continuance best practices. Hrabik is also responsible for outlining the company’s technology vision including technological planning, strategic initiatives, development and future growth.
He has more than 25 years of high-level experience in technology services organizations, where diversity and complexity require the integration of people, process, and technology. Prior to joining Solutionary, Hrabik was a partner at ITI Marketing Services, Inc., where he served as director of systems and operations.
After his tenure at ITI, he served as Vice President of Technology for NetCount Price Waterhouse, LLC, a Los Angeles-based third-party Web measurement and analysis company. Following NetCount’s sale, Hrabik spent two years consulting with multiple companies in the Internet and wireless fields.
Hrabik is a member at large of the Omaha Chapter of the FBI's InfraGard program, regularly speaks at influential industry events and is frequently quoted in the media as a security expert. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt McKain, the founding CFO of Solutionary, returned to the firm as CFO in August 2011. His responsibilities include financial and accounting operations as well as investor relations. In his role, McKain draws on over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, business development and partnership initiatives as well as mergers and acquisitions.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen Co. in 1981 and later spent nearly 10 years at ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW) and its predecessors as Director of Finance and Director of Business Development. Matt also served as VP of Corporate Development, executing multiple successful M&A transactions valued at over $100 million, and as CFO of the Insession Technologies business unit. In addition to his tenure at ACI, Matt has extensive experience as a CFO in the software and technology-related services sector from his work at ITI Marketing Services, Inc.; NetCount Price Waterhouse, LLC; TTI Technologies, Inc. and Direct Tech, Inc. He was also a successful consultant, providing CFO services to a variety of clients from 2004 to 2008.
McKain received a BSBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his CPA certificate in 1981.
Chief Information Officer
Mark Weiss brings over 35 years of experience in the information technology field to his role as Chief Information Officer for Solutionary. In this position, Mark leads the Architecture, Research and Development, Data Services, Production Services, Cloud Services, Quality Assurance, UX and Design and Project Management teams.
Weiss has held senior leadership roles with organizations engaged in the business of healthcare, gas and water utilities, telecom, financial services and software development. Additionally, Mark currently serves on the board of directors for Farm Credit Services of America.
Executive Vice President Operations
Sheri Idelman has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Solutionary since 2000 when she co-founded the company. Idelman oversees all SOC operations, service delivery and quality assurance. With more than 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and COO, she brings practiced leadership skills and business management expertise to her role.
Prior to co-founding Solutionary, Idelman was an investor, board member, and consultant with a number of Internet and technology companies. Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Manny Quevedo has over 31 years of leadership experience in the computer and network security fields. As the leader of the Product Management team, he is responsible for identifying and developing goals, strategies and tactics for successful launches of new products and services that will ultimately help Solutionary clients secure their infrastructures.
Prior to Solutionary, Quevedo owned his own consulting firm and also co-founded Cosentry, a secure data center solutions company. He held the position of CEO and Vice President of Business Development, and oversaw Cosentry's growth from a handful of clients to hundreds. It was named one of Inc. Magazine's 5000 Fastest Growing Companies eight years in a row. In addition, Quevedo held the position of Vice President of Sales, Services and Marketing at Inacom, Director at Nextel Corp and Director at MCI.
Sr. Vice President of Business Process Automation
Chris Rehberg is a co-founder and Senior Vice President in charge of Business Process Automation. He relies on his 25 years of diverse, yet operationally-centric, experience to develop flexible yet consistent workflows critical for ensuring the scalability and the service quality required of the core business functions. Within Solutionary, Rehberg has played a leadership role in a number of areas including Sales, Operations, Consulting and Legal making him an ideal candidate for leading the implementation of IT Services Management (ITSM).
Prior to joining Solutionary, Rehberg was responsible for 25,000 employees in a highly-distributed, $200 million services operation spanning 96 centers in 14 states.
Senior Vice President, Field Sales Operations
Don Collier has served as Senior Vice President of Field Sales for Solutionary since 2007. He joined Solutionary in 2003, when he was hired to develop the Midwest, East and Southeast U.S. regions. Currently, he manages all aspects of Sales, Business Development and Channel activities.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, consulting, finance and accounting, Collier brings a wealth of knowledge to the MSSP industry. Prior to joining Solutionary, he was involved in driving revenue in high-intensity and pressure-packed environments. He worked for Arthur Andersen, PWC, as well as, two start-up organizations, IBM/ISS (Netrex) and VeriSign (Exault), where he was a major contributor to sales and overall growth to allow for the sale of these organizations. Don graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
Vice President, Marketing
Gary Napotnik brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the software and services industry to his role as VP of Marketing for Solutionary. In this position, Gary oversees Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Channel Marketing. He has a successful background in fostering development for technology companies, and has been instrumental in assisting organizations with the achievement of their growth goals through branding, market strategy and positioning.
Napotnik has held executive sales and marketing positions at IBM’s Catapult Software Training Centers, Microage, Cerebellum Software, Systems Modeling Corporation, Rockwell Automation and HDJ Associates, Inc.
Vice President, Professional Services
Corey Meyer brings over 25 years of experience in the design and validation of internal controls and business processes to Solutionary, as well as a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance standards. Corey also has extensive experience in the management and delivery of professional services.
Meyer graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Arthur Andersen & Co. Prior to working at Solutionary, he was the Co-CEO and CFO of Bozell & Jacobs, Managing Partner with the Gallup Organization, President of DTN Market Access and COO of Johnson Products Co.
Vice President, Customer Experience
Raj Joshi is responsible for the proactive, end-to-end customer experience program at Solutionary. He is 100 percent customer and process focused.
Joshi comes to Solutionary with nearly 20 years of experience in business development and client services. Prior to joining the company, he held the position of Senior Director, Consulting Services and Site Executive for LexisNexis InterAction. Before LexisNexis InterAction, Joshi worked at Siebel Systems as a Principal Account Manager and at Cap Gemini America, where he held the positions of Senior Program Manager, Project Manager and Senior Business Lead. Prior to Cap Gemini America, he was a Director of Product Design at InfoUSA.
Vice President, Administration
Sheila Diamond is a co-founder and VP of Administration for Solutionary. She has been instrumental in providing support for the executive management team since 2000. She is certified as a software compliance manager and is responsible for managing administrative activities, including cost-related projects, travel policies, software compliance and the company calendar.
Prior to working at Solutionary, Diamond had an extensive career in administrative management where she was the Director of Administration for Monster Productions from 1995-2000. She was also the Director of Administration for ITI Marketing, managing an administrative team across 26 offices in seven States from 1986-1995.
Director of Research, Security Engineering Research Team (SERT)
Rob Kraus is the Director of Research for the Solutionary Security Engineering Research Team (SERT). He specializes in vulnerability research, threat intelligence, incident response, application security assessments and attack mitigation tactics.
Kraus is the author of Seven Deadliest Windows Attacks and co-author for the Seven Deadliest Network Attacks books, part of Syngress Publishing’s Seven Deadliest Attack series.
He was previously a manager in the Solutionary Security Consulting Services (SCS) group. With SCS, he performed offensive-based security assessments consisting of penetration testing, social engineering, wireless and VoIP penetration testing and Web application penetration tests.
Director of Human Resources
Arlin Halstead, Director of Human Resources, leads the Solutionary Human Resources team. In this role, Arlin is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational and Employee Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and Workplace Safety and Health. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Halstead brings a wealth of knowledge in compliance to federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations, as well as applying strategic employment policies and procedures into effective Human Capital management.
Prior to joining Solutionary, he was a Principal Consultant for HCA Group, a Human Capital Advisory consultancy, and Vice President of Human Resources for Financial Brokerage, Inc. and Producers America, Inc. Halstead holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) certifications and received his bachelors in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
